「OpenClaw 2.0」が登場、インストール簡略化や複数人共同作業などを含む大規模アップデート
自分専用のAIエージェントを構築できる「OpenClaw」のバージョン2.0が2026年8月30日にリリースされました。

OpenClawは常駐型のAIアシスタントを構築できるソフトウェアです。OpenClawをインストールすることでAIモデルがデバイス内のファイルや各種ネットサービスなどの情報を読み込めるようになるほか、ユーザーはDiscordやLINEといったメッセージアプリからAIに対して指示を送信できるようになります。
OpenClawは便利なソフトウェアですが、「初期設定が難しい」という問題がありました。OpenClaw 2.0ではインストール中の設定項目が削減されたほか、ユーザーのPCに導入済みの「OpenAIやAnthropicのAPIキー」や「ローカルAIモデル」をスキャンして自動的に利用できるようになりました。
また、OpenClawの標準ウェブアプリも刷新され、ChatGPTなどのAIサービスに似たシンプルな画面が用意されています。
さらに、クラウドセッションの共有機能によって、複数のユーザーで1つのタスクに取り組むこともできるようになりました。
開発チームによると、OpenClaw 2.0には「これまでのすべてのプルリクエストの50％」に相当する量の変更が含まれているとのこと。

OpenClawの開発者であるピーター・シュタインベルガー氏は「OpenClawをOpenClawで構築する」という目標を掲げて共有エージェントを用いた開発体制を構築したことを明かしています。

なお、OpenClawについては動作の不安定さが指摘されることも多く、OpenClaw 2.0でも「セットアップを完了するのに手動の修正が必要となる」という報告が寄せられています。
