アリアナとピートが住んでいると言われているのは、2017年に完成したニューヨークにあるマンションの一室。この物件を借りているのか購入したのかは定かではないけれど、購入するとなれば1600万ドル（約17億円）は下らない豪邸で、大物アーティストのSTINGも最近引っ越してきたばかりだとか。ちなみに賃貸だとしても、月々の家賃は2万3500ドル（約260万円）。そんな高級マンションの中身は、想像をはるかに超える豪華さ！

＜W Magazine＞によると、アリアナたちが引っ越した部屋は370平米ほどの広さで、5部屋の寝室と4.5部屋のバスルームがあるのだそう。さらに、マンションには大きなジム、天窓付きのプール、プライベートスパ、ハイテクな機械式ガレージ、暖炉、庭などがあり、コンシェルジュやドアマンも常勤。また、部屋の細部までデザインが追求されていて、例えば2種類設置されているオーブンは、ワンタッチで自動に扉が開くようになっているんだとか。

そして、目玉となる設備が、IMAXシアター！　世界的に見ても珍しい“住居専用のIMAXシアター”で、12席のみの完全なプライベート空間だという。
