常に自然体で、歯に衣着せぬ発言で多くのファンに愛されているラッパーのカーディ・Ｂ（27歳）。12月20日（現地時間）、フロリダ州マイアミのターゲットに現れ、ドールハウスやスポーツ用品などを購入。その額、なんと5000ドル（約54万7000円）！ その目的とは…？
先日、恋人オフセットの誕生日に現金50万ドル（約5470万円）をプレゼントして、話題になったカーディ。そんな彼女だけれど、12月20日（現地時間）にゲームや人形など、5000ドル（約54万7000円）にも及ぶたくさんのおもちゃを購入。購入後は、すぐさまトラックに積まれ、どこかへと運ばれていったそう。実はこのおもちゃ、ホリデーシーズンを過ごす子どもたちに寄付するためなんだとか…！
カーディはこれまでにもさまざまな地域貢献をしてきており、昨年の10月には、ブルックリンのマルボロ・ハウスにあるコミュニティセンターの前に登場し、無料でコートやトレーナー、靴などをプレゼント。大勢の人が集まる中、写真を撮ったり語り合ったりとファンとの交流を楽しんだよう。
