他のレストランと比べても、より海に近いのが「サブシックス」。海岸から約500メートルの沖合にあるため、まずスピードボートに乗り、豪華な階段を降りて水中約6メートルまで行くのだとか。天井には無数の貝が飾られている他、中央のバーも貝をイメージして作られているそう。
