第４章　総　会

1. 総会は、この機構の予算を審議し、且つ、承認する。
   
2. この機構の経費は、総会によって割り当てられるところに従って、加盟国が負担する。
   
3. 総会は、第57条に掲げる専門機関との財政上及び予算上の取極を審議し、且つ、承認し、並びに、当該専門機関に勧告をする目的で、この専門機関の行政的予算を検査する。

1. The General Assembly shall consider and approve the budget of the Organization.
   
2. The expenses of the Organization shall be borne by the Members as apportioned by the General Assembly.
   
3. The General Assembly shall consider and approve any financial and budgetary arrangements with specialized agencies referred to in Article 57 and shall examine the administrative budgets of such specialized agencies with a view to making recommendations to the agencies concerned.
